Traditional Bengal Patterns
The Traditional Bengal Category is the BROWN SPOTTED TABBY and BROWN MARBLED TABBY Bengal. The markings can be light to dark brown or almost black. The backbround colour may be taupe, grey, honey, light brown, medium brown, or golden. A "hot" colored cat would have "rufious tones" which would appear golden orange. Brown Spotted & Brown Marbled Tabby Bengals can have gold or green eyes.

Spotted Tabby Bengal
Cats with this pattern of fur have spots that can be small, medium, large, or extra large. The spots may be the same size or random sizes and shapes which may be "rosetted" (a second light shade to the spots). Note: Spotted Tabby Bengals can come in the traditional colors and the "snow" colors.

Marbled Tabby Bengal
Cats with this pattern of fur have a pattern that resembles real marble - lines, whorls & swirl type markings that are random in placement. Some marbles even have a few spots or rosettes within their pattern and should have some spotting on their ligher underbelly. Marbled bengals with a third definition of color is called "tri-colored" and are highly desireable. Note: Marble Tabby Bengals can come in the traditional brown tabby color and the snow colors.

Non-traditional Bengal Patterns "Snow Bengals"
"Snow Bengal" is not a proper classification for coat & color patterns but it is a common term for many breeders. To simplify it, the Snow Bengals are lighter colored than the traditional Bengals as described above and can have blue or aqua eyes (depending on the coat color type) which the traditional bengals do not have. Snow Bengals can be spotted or marbled - generally the marbles of today, develop markings faster than the spotted snows and usually have more distinctive patterns. The SEAL LYNX POINT TABBY BENGALS are the only Bengals to be born nearly all white except for their points and they develop their color as they mature. The Seal Lynx Point Bengal has blue eyes.

The SEAL MINK TABBY BENGALS ARE born honey-light seal brown and are to have aqua eyes. The SEAL SEPIA TABBY BENGALS are born medium-dark seal brown and are to have green or gold eyes.

Assorted Litter of Marbled Bengals
This was a litter of 2 brown marbled, 2 seal lynx point spotted, and 1 seal mink marbled kitten. As they mature, the "snow" kittens will darken in the coat colors - this baby coloration is not the same as the adult coloration.
